Service Quotations
All quotes provided via our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone are indicative and subject to confirmation. Final fees depend on the specific cargo, border post, duties applicable, and any third-party charges (e.g. ZIMRA fees, port charges). We will always confirm fees in writing before proceeding.
3. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to clear your goods, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful documentation for all shipments
- Declare the correct value, quantity, and description of goods
- Provide all required documents within agreed timelines (commercial invoice, packing list, permits, B/L etc.)

- Pay all fees, duties, and ZIMRA charges as they fall due
Important: You are legally responsible for the accuracy of all customs declarations. Tita Logistics acts as your agent and submits declarations based on information you provide. Penalties, fines, or seizures arising from inaccurate client-supplied information are the client's sole responsibility.

5. Fees and Payment
Our service fees
Our clearing fees are agreed in writing before commencement of work. Fees are due upon completion of clearance unless otherwise agreed. Overdue invoices attract interest at the prevailing ZIMRA late payment rate.
Third-party charges
ZIMRA duties, taxes, port charges, inspection fees, and any other government or third-party charges are separate from our service fees and are payable by the client. We will advise you of applicable charges before payment is required.
Border Rescue
Border rescue and emergency clearance services carry a premium rate due to urgency. This will be clearly communicated before we proceed. Agreeing to proceed constitutes acceptance of the quoted rate.
6. Liability and Limitations
Our liability
Tita Logistics' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the service fees paid to us for the specific shipment in question. We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by ZIMRA, border authorities, or other government agencies
- Goods seizure resulting from inaccurate client-supplied documentation
- Loss, damage, or deterioration of goods while in third-party custody
- Consequential, indirect, or economic losses (lost sales, business interruption etc.)
